If SEGMA provides support to you and finds cracked software, we will refuse to provide you with support regardless of the products or brand found on your computer. We will report our findings to the companies whom represent the product in your country, if there isnt a supplier we’ll inform the brand directly. Cracking software is illegal and SEGMA will not allow it.
We have located the best Partners in the industry to help us expand our support across the country, these support and Repair centres are either owned (Branch) of SEGMA or a Partner whom has the power and authority to conduct repairs on SEGMA’s behalf at our agreed rates. These partners are provided with training and Authorised to Repair Under Warranty conditions. Saving you time and money as we prefer it.
